Mastering the business of education

In 2002, Foundations’ partnered with a new charter school in Philadelphia to provide business support services in the areas of general accounting, budget preparation, payroll and benefits, debt management, financial reporting, and a number of other areas. Foundations’ management in these areas allowed the school to focus on their number one priority - academics - in their first year of operation.

To this day, the partnership between Foundations and this thriving and successful charter school is still strong, and over the years we have provided a number of other services including professional development and operations support to ensure the continued success of the school.
