Rhe McLaughlin

Associate Executive Director, Programs
Rhe McLaughlin leads the planning, implementation, and management of Foundations' afterschool operations which include pre-school, elementary level, and high school programs. She also coordinates and leads technical assistance and program development support.

Rhe has devoted her entire professional career to education. She taught for ten years, then served as a school principal, district administrator, and assistant superintendent. She joined Foundations as director of evaluation for afterschool programs, during which time she facilitated the revision and development of the Quality Assurance System® (QAS®), an evaluation and improvement tool for afterschool programs.

Rhe holds a Master's Degree in administration and served as adjunct faculty member at Pennsylvania State University, Radnor campus.
