Jill Helme

Director of Professional Education Services
Jill Helme designs professional development trainings for afterschool programs that benefit youths nationwide. Jill also coordinates the Center’s web-based training initiative. Before joining the Center, Jill taught high school language arts in Florida and Venezuela. Her teaching experience spans traditional, alternative, and vocational high school settings. She has directed numerous residential summer camps and summer day camps. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Florida and her Master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania
